My general framework is that nutrition carries more weight than exercise while both still matter. I focus on strength training regularly and tracking food daily using Samsung Health or a spreadsheet depending on the situation. Meal planning happens weekly. Tracking happens daily. Reviews happen regularly so I can adjust instead of quitting. This phase works because it does not rely on motivation. It relies on systems. If you do not show up today you do not beat yourself up.
