TELL ME THE GRADE - FOXING I think 9.4 ASM #234 Canadian 75 Price Variant

Cleaned and pressed this comic. But, this book has some foxing. But, I think it is a 9.4. Please let me know what you think and when we get it back from CGC we will know what foxing does to the grade.
