THE GUARD PUSHED ME AND CURSED ME! The police came and FINE THEM ON THE SITE! (Law 333 and 61)

Hello and welcome to a new piece of civic activism. Today I document an unpleasant incident, but with a correct purpose, which demonstrates the importance of knowing the law and calling on the competent authorities. *IMPORTANT CLARIFICATION:* This video is NOT directed against the store where the incident occurred, its employees or customers. I do not intend to defame or harm the image of the location. The problem I am exposing exclusively concerns the abusive and unprofessional behavior of the agents from the contracted security company, who demonstrated a serious ignorance of their own operating law. *WHAT HAPPENED?* While I was in the store, I was approached in an aggressive manner by security agents. The situation escalated quickly, culminating in verbal aggression (insults), non-consensual physical contact and intimidating behavior. According to Law 333/2003 on the protection of objects, goods and valuables, the security guard does NOT have the right to legitimize, search or use physical force in a discretionary manner. His role is to prevent, ascertain and request the intervention of the Police. *POLICE INTERVENTION - A LESSON IN PROFESSIONALISM:* I requested the intervention of a police crew by calling 112, and a crew from Police Station 22, consisting of a police officer and a gendarme, arrived on the scene. I would like to emphasize and particularly appreciate the professionalism, calmness and excellent knowledge of the legislation demonstrated by the police officer. He listened to both sides, analyzed the situation and applied prompt and fair sanctions to the security guards, both under Law 333/2003 (the security law) and Law 61/1991 (for disturbing public peace and order). This case is a perfect example of how we should react when our rights are violated and a model of good practice from the Romanian Police.
