Darrail Performs at the 2014 Red Carpet Poetry Slam

Future NBA star and current 5th grade poet-athlete at Phoebe Hearst School. Darrail loves math and his favorite superhero is Spiderman. His favorite part of being on the SCORES team is performing poetry and scoring goals on game day because it makes him feel good. Darrail, along with Camila from Castellanos School, has been selected to perform at the America SCORES National Poetry Slam in New York City on April 7, 2014! The Red Carpet Poetry Slam is America SCORES Chicago's annual gala fundraiser featuring cocktails, a silent auction, and performances of original poetry from select students in the program.
