Crispy chicken wings coated with delicious sweet Thai chili sauce. It’s sweet, spicy, and sticky good. Perfect as a simple finger food, snack or a meal. Recipe serves 2 1 1/2 Lbs chicken or 8 whole wings cut-up 700g 1/2 Tsp black pepper 1/2 Tsp garlic powder 3/4 Tsp salt 1 Tsp chicken bouillon-optional Flour mixture: 1/4 Cup corn starch 1/4 Cup all-purpose flour For the sauce: 3/4 Cup sweet chili sauce 2 Tbsp ketchup 2 Tbsp sriracha or 1 Tbsp oyster sauce 1-2 Tbsp white vinegar to cut the sweetness Taste the sauce and adjust as necessary before adding cooked chicken.
