Training in a Trainyard. #YOLO In all serious, the game was not great, but it's not as bad as everyone says. It was just a cash in obviously. What else can you expect from an Activision title? It has tainted the TWD name unfortunately, and I was hoping it would be good. However, I did like the tie-ins it did have with the show. Jenner's wife from the CDC was mentioned, and you meet Andrea and Amy's parent's. That ordeal is oddly presented though, as you can either take Andrea's dad with you or not. But if you take him with you, he is not on the helicopter in the end. So it's unknown whether he survived or not. It presents opportunities for him to make an appearance in the show though if he did. But shouldn't Daryl have something click in his brain when he eventually joins the Atlanta camp with Amy and Andrea? I suppose he could forget that one off line, but still. There's a scene where Merle shoots someone who hasn't been bitten (to my knowledge), and yet the guy reanimates. Seems like that information should be important to remember or whatever. But anyway, I'm just picking on small facts. I hope it's canon to the TV series with rational explanations for the above. All the other games have been canon for the Comic book series, so it's shame the only one for the TV series turned out like this. Ending was abrupt. I didn't like how it ended so suddenly and quickly. There are so many areas clearly not finished off, and it's easy to spot holes and stuff. The fighting is repetitive, but I did like the stealthy side of it. But it's clunky at the same time. The survivor aspect was cool, but it was like they had no say in the story or where you go. I imagine the game would've fared better if Herd Mode was available on disc and not pre-order DLC. Nevertheless, I'll most likely get it if it comes out as DLC. Sounds like a variation of Zombies. PS. Claps for Andreas last name finally. Andrea Harrison.
