Kochi: The return of NCP leader AK Saseendran to the Pinarayi cabinet could be delayed as the phone sleaze tape case involving him has been postponed to 12 December by the High Court. The HC made it clear that the complaint against Saseendran could be withdrawn only after examining all the aspects of the case. The court was considering the plea by a woman journalist to withdraw the complaint against the former minister.
