This effect is created for my YouTube channel's early 9th anniversary! Thank you all for 9 years of ultimateness by the way! ;D This effect also requires HexEd.it for "Wave" as the waves don't go above "32.000", and Desmos for "BCC Twirl" to define "Twirl Radius". This effect can be used for preview 2's; the pitch is +19 without any additional audio tracks, but feel free to add them if you want to spice your preview 2's up!
