President Trump at RNC Gains Black and Latino Voters… but Loses Some White Voters

This is probably not what the Democrats or Black Lives Matter movement saw coming. According to a HarrisX-Hill Poll released Friday that compared President Trump’s approval rating from August 8-11 with his rating on August 22-25 (during the Republican convention), Trump picked up voters of color. The polls shows that Trump’s approval rating among black voters jumped by 60%, shooting up from 15% to 24%. Among Hispanics, his approval rating increased slightly from 30% to 32%, while among white voters his approval rating dipped from 54% to 52%.
