Teffo asks the magistrate in his trial to recuse himself
The defense lawyer for four of the accused in the Senzo Meyiwa murder trial has asked the magistrate in his assault case to recuse himself. Adv. Malesela Teffo was arrested last month for contempt of court after missing his own court appearance on charges of trespassing and assault. He appeared in the Hillbrow Magistrate's Court on Friday, where his lawyer Timothy Thobane told the magistrate that there were two complaints against him. Adv.
