Brick masonry and plasterwork of all the rooms are complete. 2). Make sure all the waterproofing work is complete in the case of toilet/bathroom, etc. 3). Make sure all the loose and hard cement or plaster are cleaned. 4). Make Sure the underneath layer must be leveled, sound, clean, dry, and free from grease or any other material. 5). If there is any kind of undulations in your slab level, so first you have to do PCC, Before the mortar bed ensures proper curing of PCC and make sure your PCC thickness should not be less than 50mm or 2’’. PCC ratio you can use M7.5 or M10. 6). Check that the plaster is cut 9 inches above the slab level for skirting. 7). Make sure all the Electric Wiring, points, etc. are laid before plastering work is complete. 8). Mark level or you can say that to be taken at all four corners of the room. 9). Finished floor level marked on the wall (reference line marked on all walls ). 10). Make sure there is sufficient space below the door and flooring for it to swing gently.
