Soak the kencur for 1 hour to make washing easier and remove any dirt. Boil 1 L of water. Add the brown sugar, granulated sugar, salt, and grated ginger. Once boiling, set aside. Clean the kencur and cut it into pieces. Roast briefly. Wash the soaked rice again, then drain. Roast until dry. Blend the rice and kencur with the boiled water. Blend until smooth. Strain into the warm brown sugar and ginger solution. Mix, then strain again.
