PPRA in Partnership with Envision LA continues to expose the humanitarian crisis in Los Angeles. What was once a safe residential neighborhood with thriving families has now become known as West Side Skid Row where meth zombies are seen roaming the streets. There is no dignity of life when despair is abandoned to the streets.
