Impreza Sti Milltek exhaust

Replacing Prodrive rear silencer and resonated centre section with Milltek non resonated centre and rear silencer. (Milltek part number SSXSB012) Car is a 2005 Subaru Impreza STi with Prodrive Performance Pack. The exhaust system was very well packaged and was in good condition on arrival. The system came with spring bolts, nuts & bolts and a gasket. The system did not come with a new exhaust doughnut however, so get one if you plan on doing it yourself. The general fitting is good, although I am concerned how close the exhaust sits to the prop shaft bracket, although it did not seem to make contact on a long test drive. The sound is almost as quiet as the standard PPP exhaust, although it seems to sound a bit louder when you give it the beans. It sounds a bit tinny at the minute but should deepen in tone a little when there is a layer of soot on the inside :)
