Welp, that was fast. Its very weird to say that I am already an M2. As we start up our 2nd year, I see the new M1s walking around the school and it feels like yesterday that I was in their shoes. My first year of medical school went by so fast that it is hard to appreciate all of the learning and growth that took place. I wanted to make a video reflecting on my 1st year and distilling it down into 5 takeaways/lessons. Part of this video is me reflecting on my experience on Youtube over this past year. It was a humbling experience meeting the M1s and hearing how many of them watched my videos in preparation to starting at HMSOM. I am so happy to have helped out several premeds/med students and hope to continue that over the coming years. I cannot thank you enough for taking time out of your day to watch me ramble to my camera. I can't wait to see what 2nd year has in store for me and my classmates.
