SUBSCRIBE to Awesome Sauce for more such recipes ► https://goo.gl/YEdp6J Left Over Chapati Cutlet Serves- 2-3 Ingredients- 3-4 chapati 2/3 cup boiled mashed potatoes ¼ cup grated carrot ¼ cup finely chopped onions 2 tbsp coriander leaves 2 Finely chopped green chillies ½ tsp red chilli powder Salt to taste 1-2 tsp lemon juice 2 tbsp suji/rawa (for mixture) + 1 tbsp (for coating) Refined oil Method- Break chapati in small pieces. Grind it to a grainy mixture and transfer to a mixing bowl. Add boiled mashed potatoes, onions, carrots, lemon juice, suji/rawa, coriander leaves, salt, green chillies with grounded roti. Mix everything together and knead it like dough and let it rest for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes apply a little oil in palm and make patties. Roll the patties in suji/rawa. Heat the pan on medium flame and add refined oil to it. Put the chapati cutlets on the pan. Cook and flip them over couple of times till they become brown and crispy from both the sides.
