Testimony continues for Ex-Caldwell cop jury trial

A former Caldwell officer testified on Tuesday that he witnessed his colleague, ex-Caldwell cop Joseph Hoadley, strike a man in the head and fall to the ground after detaining him for marijuana possession back in 2017.
