Crisis Core 'Cage of Binding' walkthrough - all keys, secret laboratory, and how to unlock guide

This video is a Crisis Core Cage of Binding walkthrough, including a guide to unlocking the dungeon, finding all keys, and accessing the optional laboratory door. Cage of Binding works like so; when exploring the Banora Underground dungeon, you may have noticed a caged Behemoth in the 'Howling Fang' area. This requires unlocking and completing the Cage of Binding dungeon. To unlock the Cage of Binding (and get the 'Cage Opener' Trophy / Achievement in the process) you first need to find all 'Loveless' tablet locations. Then, in the 'Lake of Oblivion' area, find the five pools of light and defeat the enemy encountered within each one to open the way to the dungeon. As you explore the Cage of Binding proper, each area has a locked door, and you have to defeat a specific enemy to get the key required to open it and progress. Along the way is an optional door with a locked laboratory, and eventually, you'll also find the Iron Bars Key to unlock the door to the Behemoth King, allowing you to complete the dungeon.
