UMMC Great Stories | Great Save, Great Care Coordination, Great Patient Care
Every day, patients and their families express gratitude to UMMC staff members for the great care and service they provide. The Great Stories program selects from among the many e-mails and letters about staff members or teams who exceed standards and expectations to enhance a patient’s experience. This November, nominees for a great care coordination, great patient care and a great save included: the teams from the PACU and Weinberg 5, the Orthopaedic team at Midtown (Pam Wilson, RN and Puja Orozco, PA) and members of the Acute Care, CCRU, LRU and SICU teams.
