Marvel's Spider-Man Remastered (PC) Playthrough Part 1 - Fisk's Tower

Hi everyone. The long-awaited PC port game Marvel's Spider-Man Remastered is finally here. It's really nice to swing back to NY as Spidey again, and now playing it again on PC 1080p 60fps, in high settings (extremely happy about that). Plus, with the mods that are coming in, there's no doubt that I'm going to try a few of them. I do want to let you guys know something, there's an issue with either the game or OBS, but I getting cyberpunk launch vibes where my OBS can't render my raw footage with the correct fps. It's running very well; I even turn on my fps counter to see if it's running 60fps. I redo my recording settings on my OBS, but nothing is fixing it. So, either the game itself is bugging my OBS or my OBS isn't running properly. I still currently fixing it and play testing other games to see if it's also doing it as well.
