MHP reminds people about seat belt use after 2 teens survive deadly crash

Capital High School student Logan Guse died, and two others were injured, when their truck went off the road and rolled in the Nelson Road area. MHP Sergeant Jay Nelson this crash was different than others he's seen. He noted that all three teens individuals were wearing seat belts. Sgt. Nelson says if not for the seat belts, the crash could have been much worse.
