GTA 5 Star Review: Bodycam footage shows an Ohio police officer being dragged by an alleged getaway driver during a foot chase on July 29. The Cleveland Police Department said a teen suspect fled during a traffic stop and led officers on a short foot chase before being picked up in the same car he got out of. Authorities said the suspects have not been caught.
