Republican Debate 3/3/16 Ted Cruz Wants Star Wars In Place

Ted Cruz wants Space based defenses to protect us. What does he think the Russians will do if we try to put that in place. He also wants a missile defense system placed in South Korea. I guess the Chinese will just sit there and play pocket pool while this is being done. Did he forget the Cuban Missile Crisis.
