Ukraine begins voluntary evacuations from Kherson and Mykolaiv regions

Ukrainian authorities have began evacuating civilians who want to leave the Kherson and Mykolaiv regions, fearing lack of power and water due to Russian shelling. The World Health Organization has warned that millions face a "life-threatening" season in Ukraine as winter nears. Meanwhile, battles continue to rage in the east, where Russia has sent some of its forces... following its withdrawal from around the city of Kherson in the south. Shamim Chowdhury reports from Kyiv.
