Ingredients: Wheat flour - 250 gm (2 cups) Sesame seeds : 1 Tspoon Ajwain Seeds- 1 Tspoon Turmeric powder - 1 Tspoon Red Chilli powder - 1 Tspoon Salt as per taste Oil Water Preparation: Take the wheat flour in a vessel and add some oil and mix it nicely. Now add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, sesame seeds, ajwain seeds and salt as per taste and mix it nicely. Now add water to form the dough. Knead it nicely, cover the dough and keep it aside for 15 minutes. Now add little oil and again knead it nicely. Make small balls and roll it into puri. Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the puris in it. Fry both sides. Masala Puri is Ready. Serve it with hot Tea or Coffee.
