Super easy (and quick) homemade mayo recipe

Here are all the recipes: Mayo: -1 whole egg -1/2 tbsp lemon juice -1 tsp white wine vinegar 1/4 tsp Dijon mustard 1/4 tsp salt 1 cup avocado oil Add all ingredients to jar and let then settle for a few minutes Place immersion blender in the container, and press it firmly to the bottom. Be sure to cover the egg yolk. Turn the immersion blender on. Don't move it for 15-20 seconds and then move it up and down as needed to mix all the oil. Store homemade mayo in the fridge for up to 2 weeks. Salmon Salad: -15 oz canned salmon -1/3 cup homemade mayo -1 tbsp Dijon mustard -1 tbsp lemon juice -1/3 cup chopped celery -1/3 cup chopped pickle -1/3 cup chopped red onion -salt to taste Mix all ingredients in a bowl. That's it! Deviled eggs: -6 eggs (hard boiled) -3 tbsp homemade mayo -1 tsp Dijon mustard -1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar -salt to taste -paprika Cut eggs in half and scoop out yolks. Smash yolks and mix with mayo, mustard, ACV, and salt. Once smooth, add yolk mixture back to whites. Garnish with paprika. Chicken Salad: -12.5 oz can chicken breast -1/3 cup homemade mayo -1/3 cup celery -1/3 cup onion -1 tsp dijon mustard -1/4 cup chopped grapes (or cranberries) -1/4 cup sliced almonds (or roasted pecans) Mix all ingredients in a bowl. That's it!
