I recently got a copy of James Taylor's The Cervical Spine: An atlas of normal anatomy and the morbid anatomy of ageing and injuries. What an eye opener. In this book Dr. Taylor took samples of over 200 human spines, both injured and uninjured, and he shows what happens to the ligaments, discs, joints, and nerves when you have a whiplash injury. In this video, I give a book report showing how certain structures in the upper cervical spine become injured, and how the injured soft tissue can lead to headaches. The visuals really give you a better idea of how this happens compared to a friendly anatomy app. https://adjust.clinic/headaches-cause...
