Prashant Bhushan refuses to name the Whistleblower in Court

Prashant Bhushan, through his NGO, is pursuing a case against the CBI Director Ranjit Sinha, claiming that he was helping the accused in the Coal Scam and the 2G scam instead of being tough against them and showed through the visitor's log in the CBI Director's residence all the accused who were visiting him.
