Fire Emblem: Path of Radiance Maniac Chapter 4 in 2 turns
A 1 turn is possible in easy mode, by shoving Shinon as many times as possible to put him in the range of the boss (at which point Shinon crits him twice on enemy phase) but in hard and maniac mode there are too many enemies that prevent this from happening.
