Let's Play Battlefield Hardline - Part 5 (No Commentary - PC Gameplay)

Battlefield but with dirty cops, so read into that what you want. A story that starts out brilliantly but flattens out in it's big arm movements, Battlefield Hardline was a different take on the Battlefield formula that was oddly good but had balance issues in multiplayer. A game that was built by a very competent team, with some crazy good environmental artists as well as some great concepts and ideas, the main issue was balancing PC together with consoles, which they realised later, as EA dropped support. I felt it could have been one of the greats, if the TTK had just been a tad higher. I only managed around 40 hours in the multiplayer, before I had enough but at lot of those hours were spent having chaotic fun. The singleplayer campaign could have been amazing if it was a lot more grounded and was more the first part of the game and less the latter. Rest in Power, Visceral Games. I was absolutely a big fan of your games. Community score: 67 Critical score: 61 Developers: Visceral Games, DICE Publisher: Electronic Arts
