BART officer Marysol Domenici lies during testimony on Oscar Grant killing

http://www.streetgangs.com/features/0... Johannes Mehserle, BART officer that killed an unarmed Oscar Grant in Oakland is on trial in Los Angeles for the shooting. Today, former BART officer Marysol Dominici testified and was very deceptive in her testimony on three key parts. 1. She stated that when she arrived on the platform there 40 - 50 people exiting the train onto the platform that created an environment that she was in fear of, but the platform video camera reveals that there was no one on the platform when she runs up the steps and meets her partner. 2. She testified that when she looked at the video her attorney showed her that Oscar Grant had grabbed her hand, something that she never claimed before until after meeting with her attorney. Prosecutor David Stein played two angles of the video, and at no time does it show that Oscar Grant grabbed Dominici's hand or arm. 3. Dominici testified that she physically had to push a person off the platform using her two arms to push the person back onto the train.
