You'll need the fully upgraded stun arm for this mission. I've tried to do it without it but it's extremely tough to beat the reinforcements to Spugmay Keep before they arrive. Also, don't try and grab the film canister before you rescue the prisoner otherwise the hot zone will restrict you from reaching the guard post where he is.
