Part 2 -    • GTA V on ATI Mobility Radeon HD 5470 (Part 2)   Played on HP G62 HP G62 CPU: Intel Core i3 370M (2,40 GHz) RAM: 4GB DDR3 Frames Per Seconds (FPS) without Fraps: 800x600 - 15-30fps (30 when you are on same place and inside house) Fraps recording makes lag when vehicle runs fast because I play on the same hdd as Fraps record video. I disabled shadows in Documents/Rockstar Games/GTA V/settings.xml, just edit in notepad: ShadowQuality value="1" to ShadowQuality value="0" It's almost playable...keyboard latency only when I have fraps started My settings.xml: http://pastebin.com/L59ku8uL
