Campaign and Zombies not working!?! COD Cold War update

So apparently Black Ops Cold War Multiplayer is free for the week and the game thinks that I don’t have zombies or campaign. (I’ve already beaten the campaign and have plague diamond on shotguns so I clearly have the full game) XD it’s extremely frustrating this is happening cause I can’t get a refund or find anything online of people having the same issue...
