IGAD Report: Military unit set up to plot attacks on Ethiopia

News that Ethiopia is a priority target for Al Shabab comes as no surprise in Addis Ababa. The country has been a key contributor to forces in Somalia. Yet so far, it's escaped the sort of backlash Kenya has suffered. CCTV's Girum Chala has more.
