From Yuki Kajiura LIVE vol.#15 ~Soundtrack Special at the Amphitheater~, the first ever (as far as I know) live rendition of Hepatica (KOS-MOS). It's only listed as "Hepatica (From Xenosaga III)" on the tracklist, but it's pretty clearly the KOS-MOS version from disc 2, track 1 of the game's OST. Beautiful, isn't it? I like it at least as much as the original!
