Hiking to the Top of Gregory Bald - Smoky Mountains

Went on a 10 mile out and back hike to the top of  Gregory bald in the Smoky Mountains. You can access this trailhead through Cade’s Cove. I was hopeful to be able to see the flaming azaleas, however, I believe we were a couple weeks early but we still saw quite a few beautiful blooms! And yes, the view on top of Gregory bald was breathtaking! Definitely recommend this hike! Oh & and you may even see a bear!! AT2026 Prep Hike
