[FIX] Polychrome RGB Stopped Working After SignalRGB Uninstalling

Fix for ASRock Polychrome Sync error: Access violation at address 004B43DD in module 'AsrPolychromeRGB.exe'. Read of address 0000000C. I got this error after uninstalling SignalRGB, but maybe you can have this error with another RGB software. You can try to reinstall or update Polychrome or close other RGB apps, but maybe it will not work. But I found a solution. First try closing all RGB apps to have no conflicts with Polychrome.
