Recipe & Ingredients below 👇 Large Yogurt Pancake with Fruit Nutrition Facts (approx.): 461 kcal | Protein: 21 g | Fat: 13 g | Carbs: 67 g Ingredients ½ cup (100 g) plain yogurt (2%) ¼ cup + 1 tbsp flour (about 35 g) 1 large egg ½ tsp baking powder Cooking spray or a little oil Toppings 2 tbsp yogurt (about 50 g) 1 tsp coconut flakes (about 5 g) 1 cup diced mango (about 175 g) ½ cup fresh raspberries (about 50 g) Cooking Steps 1. In a bowl, add yogurt, egg, and flour. Mix until smooth. 2. Add baking powder and gently stir to combine. 3. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly grease it. 4.
