A Glitched Spot, On Kharg Island. I found this while i was trying to parachute on top of the tower. All you need Is a Spawn Beacon and a working brain. Go into the Corner of the pipe and place a beacon exactly how i did. Next Suicide and, Re-spawn on your beacon. There you go!
