How to fix Rockstar Games Launcher library error

*THIS IS FIXED AS OF DECEMBER 10TH* You only need to run the Rockstar Launcher as admin and it always starts as it should since this update !! If you're having the same Failed to connect to Rockstar Game Library Service error, this is for you. This is a workaround to be able to play GTA Online (at least) because Rockstar won't fix their launcher !!
