Developing a Postharvest Curriculum for Sokoine University of Agriculture

This 90-second video shares about Dr. Ramadhani Majubwa's trip to the University of Florida to develop a postharvest course with UF faculty for Sokoine University of Agriculture in Tanzania. This is a part of the Horticulture Innovation Lab's project on building postharvest capacity in Tanzania. The main goal of this project is to provide students, farmers, traders, marketers, and agriculture extension educators with tools necessary to improve the quality and shelf life of their products—thus reducing postharvest losses in Tanzania.
