Reward increased as police change search tactics for escaped killer

Law enforcement officials announced Monday that the reward for information leading to the capture of Danelo Cavalcante, who escaped prison last month in Chester County, had increased to $25,000. Also, officials said, they have changed search tactics to using methods that have been successful in the past.
