La Kagu - A Rare Renovation Project in Tokyo By Kengo Kuma (One Minute Architecture)
La Kagu is a, for Tokyo, rather unique renovation project. Kengo Kuma took an old warehouse and kept it's industrial character and placed a larger stair in front of it. This staircase is almost a geographical feature that takes the shoppers to the entrance or even to the second floor. I personally think we need more renovation projects in Tokyo!
