What did we learn our first year traveling full time in our Grand Design fifth wheel? Do we regret selling everything to travel full time, especially in 2020? If you are thinking about the full time lifestyle, in a van, a truck camper, a trailer, Class A,B,C, or fifth wheel, there are some things you need to consider before taking that leap. The first six months were very difficult for all of us in 2020, but especially for full time RVers who travel and lost months of campground reservations (see our stranded video). But we have great advice for newbies and/or beginner RVers, and maybe even for seasoned experienced travelers. However, all the amazing experiences we had made it all worth it.
