Rescue operation underway after glacier triggers deadly Indian flood

At least 26 people are dead and 171 others are missing in northern India after part of a Himalayan glacier broke off and triggered a devastating flood. Hundreds of troops have joined a search and rescue operation for a second day with a focus on clearing debris from a tunnel where around 39 workers are believed to be trapped. Relief work is now underway for 13 villages which were initially cut off by the flash flood.
