Coronavirus outbreak: IOC President says 2020 Tokyo Olympics are 'full steam' ahead

International Olympic Committee President Thomas Bach told reporters Tuesday morning that his organization remains “fully committed” to the success of the upcoming 2020 Olympic Games in Tokyo.
