Shinwari Lamb Karahi is a traditional Pashtun-style dish from Shinwari tribe,known for its simplicity and rich,bold flavours.Unlike regular karahi,it uses minimal spices but deliver a deep,meaty taste. Tender lamp pieces are cooked in their own fat with tomatoes,green chillies and garlic,then finished with ginger and coriander.
