How to upgrade the NEW Personal Bank I Hypixel Skyblock

To get prepared for the Dungeons Update, Hypixel has introduced many mini updates. Within them are bug fixes, and one of them is a complete rework of the banking system. In this video, I show off an item gotten from the Emerald Collection, the Personal Bank Item. This item is the replacement for the Piggy Bank, and has a cooldown that can be reduced by going to Guy in the Skyblock Hub and paying a certain price to reduce the cooldown time.
