It's hard to tell specifically how the Medicare cuts will affect baby boomers, but what is certain is that none of the projected outcomes are positive. An estimated 88 million people will be enrolled into Medicare by 2040, making it increasingly difficult for the Federal Government to pay its beneficiaries.
